Restaurant Gift Certificate for Paperless Billing
I am very frustrated. I have been trying to get the $50 Gift Certificate for 4 months after waiting the three billing cycles required. When I call the number provided for me by AT&T, I have waited up to 40 minutes on hold, just to be given wrong information. I have been directed to the restaurant.com website by AT&T to claim the card and haven't been able to find any information. They send me back to AT&T. I'm really losing my trust in AT&T. This certainly is not worth the time and frustration. I will be very leary of future AT&T promotions and products.

Click the ATT Customer Care link in my signature, send the PM, explain your restaurant gift cert. situation.
Include your account #, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.
Check the blue PM envelope, upper right on every page, for their reply. Good luck 😉

Are you sure this is a real AT&T offer? I've been seeing a lot of scams lately. As far as I know, they were only offering $10 prepaid cards for signing up for paperless billing.

Darknessrise, I got the same e-mail for the $50 Restaurant.com gift certificate. It looked legitimate to me, but I didn't pursue it.

Ah, ok. Thanks for the confirmation. Guess they didn't like me enough lol. It would only offer me $10.
