System Outage On Black Friday?

Being a holiday weekend who decides to roll out a system outage for digital life? It’s been out since 7cst and it’s 11:30cst with no resolve. We had family over and we couldn’t use any of our smart devices like smart plugs etc to control our holiday decorations and other items. Why aren’t these outages or updates done in the early mornings? This is unacceptable and embarrassing how this system is handled.  No major competitor would do this especially an Alarm monitoring company.

@ZeroTolerance @DigitalLife20  Hello. Our sincerest apologies regarding the outage as it was not planned maintenance. I do realize that the message you received stated it was maintenance. If you would both click on my user name and then click "Send PM" to send me a private message with your name and account number/address, I would be happy to apply a credit to your account for the inconvenience.

Agreed!  We (and many others) were traveling for the holiday, and it was extremely inconvenient and frustrating to be locked out of the app for "scheduled maintenance" on a day when many of us were traveling to and from home, had guests, pet/house sitters in and out, etc.  Do better next time.
