ATT Yahoo contacts missing info
I kept alot of information on the old ATT Yahoo contact pages for individuals. Their physical address, information notes in the note section, etc. Now that is all gone. Or is it? Is there a way to retrieve all my old information?

Hey @refchef,
Let's figure this out together!
Were you able to update normally before this? Have you tried manually downloading this update?
We look forward to assisting further!

latest OS 10.14.2
Yes, I have tried several times to update the software manually. It always
failed.
I turned off the auto updates yesterday because I was tired of getting the
"update failed" message.

This is not just a Mac issue. I've been having the same problem with Windows 10, every three weeks I call AT&T/McAfee. Each time they tell me they're going to "take control of the issue and fix it." It's fixed until the next update is due for install. I've even been escalated to Tier 2 support for McAfee. Here I am two weeks later with the same issue that's been going on for months. This is becoming far more troublesome than it's worth.
The first 4 times as soon as they uninstall and re-install they say the issue is resolved. This last time with Tier-2 support, they forced the download through Admin. Again downloaded the update at the time, now it will not update. Very frustrating. Anyone else having this ONGOING ISSUE?
