Mcafee will not install

When I try to install Mcafee I get the message "This content cannot be displayed in a frame" .

This is after I type in the numbers and letters they gave.

Have tried 3 times with same message

I have been trying to get someone to come to my home and repair a line going into my house that has been cut. Its a fiber line for internet. I called 3 times and an appointment has not been made.
